Data Products
RSI consumes the entire FCC BDC dataset after each new release. We then process this data into several pre-packaged sets, available by county, tailored to meet specific needs. These sets are ready for immediate download, but we can also create custom datasets for nearly any purpose. Our pre-packaged sets include multi-layered KML files and the corresponding raw data in CSV format. Browse our pre-packaged sets or contact us if you need something custom.

BEAD Serviceable/Unserviceable Layers
This dataset is designed for ISPs pursuing BEAD grants. The included KML files feature H3 level 8 grids (the same resolution used by states), showing each hex as served, unserved, or underserved. For served or underserved hexes, the dataset provides the available technology and the fastest speed in the grid.
Additionally, the dataset includes an H3 level 9 grid (higher resolution) showing the total housing units available in each hex, along with a layer displaying both the CAF2 and RDOF layers.
CSV files are also included, containing the same information in a tabular format for further analysis.

Competitive Analysis Data
The Competitive Analysis dataset is a comprehensive collection derived directly from the latest BDC data. It features H3 level 8 grids divided into multiple layers, providing the most accurate view of what is available in your market and the speeds your competition is delivering. The dataset includes the following data layers.
- Data Layers:
- Grid Layers by Technology
- Displays the fastest technology in each grid and the provider serving it.
- Grid Layers by Carrier
- Shows each carrier and all the grids they service, along with the speeds available. Sublayers are further divided by technology and categorized as served, underserved, or unserved for each carrier.
In addition, CSV files containing the above data are included for further analysis.
